Served in the US Army, 7th Special Forces Group, Ft. Bragg, and with 11th Special Forces Group (Reserve) Jamestown, OH
Bachelor of Science, Business, Marketing Major, Wright State University, 1988
Founded The Next Wave, an advertising agency, March of 1991.
Renovated 113 Bonner Street, bought Jan 28,1986, $14,500.

Renovated 100 Bonner Street, Bought Nov 17, 1988, $2,250 + $2,400 in back taxes. Now worth $85,000
Renovated 120 and 122 Bonner Street bought in 1997 for $19,750 ea. Now worth $60,000 each.
Served as President of Historic South Park, Inc. 2 terms.
Created South Park Soliloquy, a half-hour marketing video about the South Park Neighborhood, 1997.
